Integration with Time Attendance System

Hinawi ERP can import all data directly from the machine’s database, regardless of the type of machine. The database only needs to be SQL.

Time and attendance systems record and manage employees’ working hours. They can be integrated with Hinawi software and systems, such as payroll, scheduling, and human resource management.

Integrating a time recording system with other software and systems has several advantages:

Improved accuracy: errors and inconsistencies are minimized by automating the process of recording employee attendance.

Increased efficiency: Integration enables seamless communication between different systems, reducing the need for manual data entry and other repetitive tasks.

Increased security: With a time and attendance system, access to specific areas or resources can be restricted based on an employee’s work hours or shift schedule.

To implement a time and attendance system, a company must decide what type of system to use (e.g., biometric, badge, or mobile) and then integrate it with the appropriate software and systems. This process can include customizing the system to meet the company’s specific needs and training employees on how to use the system.

Integrating a time and attendance system can improve an organization’s attendance tracking accuracy and efficiency and provide several additional benefits.

Scope of the System

Hinawi software will read the Data from the Database of Time Attendance. User Users can viewEdit the data from the Time Attendance Machine. There are two ways of reading the data:

01. First In and Last Out

02. All In & Out Data

User must select the Time Attendance database. Database must be in Microsoft SQL Server

User must map the corresponding database fields from the User Table
and Time Attendance Table.

After the Setup has been done User has to map the Employees from the Time Attendance machine and Hinawi System.
