  • Pay Now (Pay through Payment Voucher) is activated for Timesheet Employees while creating the Leave.
  • Payment of Leave for Timesheet Employees can be paid through Cash, Cheque & Bank Transfer. The Debit (Dr.) The side will be Accrued Account and automatically selected based on posting the Salary Sheet of the month.
  • Payment of Encashment Leave for Timesheet Employees can be paid through Cash, Cheque & Bank Transfer and will be updated to Accounting while creating the payment.
  • Templates are Created through Addition Deduction activities, and if the Option selected is Every Month Automatically. The Template Stop Date is more excellent than the End of Service Date. The System will automatically calculate the outstanding unpaid Amount by the Employee or Company and will be added to the End of Service (EOS) settlement. The name is Unpaid Additions & Uncollected payment.
  • An increase in Loan will affect the Loan balance after creating the payment. Payment of Increase Loan is under Payment of Activities->Pay Increased Loan. Payment of increase Loan can be paid through Cash, Cheque, and Bank Transfer. This payment will increase the Loan balance and affect accounting as Debit (Dr.) Loan.
  • Request for Refund Loan will not decrease Loan balance. To receive the refund Loan go to Refund located under Receiving From Employees -> Create Receipt Voucher for Refund Loan. After creating a receipt voucher, the Loan balance will reduce.
  • Receive Payment for End Of Service (EOS) Final Settlement is under Receiving From Employees -> Receive Payment for EOS Final Settlement. This Option will only apply if the End of Service Final Settlement Amount is less than Zero.
  • The auto Reminder Settings option will allow sending emails automatically to users and employees for Data missing, expiry Date of documents, and selected reports. Go to File Menu, then select settings -> Auto reminder Settings.
