Training Agreement At Universities

Introduction

As the majority of universities in the Arab countries do not provide their students with application services on accounting software or CRM, or Human Resources, and if they are provided, they will be in a minimal framework that does not give the trainee a solid opportunity to be ready for the market. Here the Hinawi Software open the doors to full knowledge of all modules systems to prepare students to increase their knowledge without restrictions or conditions.

Draft Agreement

Below are the outlines of the draft memorandum of understanding to serve as a memorandum of understanding on the broad lines as a basis for signing a cooperation agreement with you, which are as follows:-

Objectives:

Practical applications on the systems of the Hinawi Software, according to the Module choice of the second party from the systems to be trained on.

Work Plan

We will download The Hinawi Software to the university’s computers and their server, either inside the premises or outside.
The university or the student is not charged any fees at all. Everything is FREE for both.
Hinawi will charge the university if asked for special courses through Education Center.

Obligations of the first party (Hinawi Software)

Providing you with a lifetime license for the Hinawi Software for all Modules.
Training one or several qualified persons from your university, whether the material doctor or any qualified person who is willing to give training.
Training will be on all modules but we will start with the Accounting Module and Human Resources.
Presenting the educational material manuals which is available inside each menu of the software.
Opening a separate file in your university name and the names of the trainees so that they can start from scratch without previous data.
We do not have any financial commitments to any third party.
In most cases, we give the trainee an additional advantage that is not available to others, which is the advantage of entering the system at any time to make an additional application.
We have no objection to training anyone from your side to learn on the Software to train students in the future and permanently.
Presentation of the Software subject of the application. Note that the Software is our exclusive property, so we reserve any copyright and intellectual property rights according to applicable laws and are exclusive to the Hatem Al-Hinawi Software Foundation only.

Obligations of the second party (The University)

Providing a suitable place for training within the headquarters of the second team.
Provide computers that are in a very good condition, at least, and are connected to the internal server, according to the requirements for downloading the Software.
If internal server is not available, second party can opening an account on an external server to access it remotely as a Remote Desktop, in order to provide the purchase of an internal server and to provide the work of an internal network.
Training on the Software in the halls and laboratories of the second party and providing training rooms for 20-30 computers with fast internet.
Allow the Hinawi Software team to download the Software on which it will be trained in order to hold courses.
Agreeing to give the first party access to the server.
The presence of the Internet permanently on the server and devices.
Do not attempt to open, copy or tamper with Software.
Connecting devices using cables only, not wireless.
It is necessary to connect one of the devices connected with the Client PC server with a large display screen for all the trainees to see and understand what other users have accomplished.
If the first party contributes to adding improvements, services, or supplying deficiencies necessary for training in the second party’s laboratory, its value shall be disbursed to the first team.
Facilitate the task of the first team.
A single data file will be created. One Data File will be on the server only and not on the devices. Therefore, the file is central and unified for all trainees. It is accessed through a user name and password for each trainee. The Software is downloaded to the server and to the devices as well.
Training takes place and the principle of a workshop is carried out so that the trainees rotate in different jobs with changing the powers of each of them, for example, the trainees rotate as a personnel manager, assistant, accounts employee, worker, or others.
The minimum number of trainees is 10 people during the course period.
Certificates, accreditation, attestation and fees from the second party according to the applicable rules.
Bear all financial obligations to implement the course.
Invite trainees and communicate with us directly. Registration is mandatory through a form provided by us.

Installation Methods of Hinawi ERP

Practical Applications of Hinawi Software ERP

Option A:

Virtual Machine (VM) to be used with the table below to be considered. VM can be either through Azure or Amazon AWS. Setup has to be completed accurately in the VM, Number of users to be created with correct permissions, Antivirus to be installed and activated, & cost to be covered by the University.

Also, since it’s a VM, only 1 PC will be needed with 5 -10 users created virtually without needing real PCs, and each student will access the virtual machine from their home.

Option B:

Suppose Virtual Machine (VM) is not used. In that case, we will move to Option B: install the Software on a Server Locally & then connect it with 5 – 10 University PCs “Maximum” in the University’s Computer Lab.

The cost of Option B is free of charge; however, please make sure of below:

Local Drive in the Server Space: Minimum 500 GB

64 Bit OS, RAM: 12 – 16GM, Number of Core Processors: 2.4 GHz

The server and all the User PCs must be under the same network;

All the Client PCs must be connected to the network via wire (We don’t recommend Wifi connection)

Client PCs must have full privilege to the Application folder and the server data folder

Client PCs must have wire oriented network connection.

All the Client PCs must be Under the Same DOMAIN (We don’t Prefer WORKGROUP)
