Introduction

Absence in Hinawi ERP is a feature that allows HR to manage employee absences, including creating, editing, deleting, and approving absences.

To create an absence record, HR employees can access the Absence module in the HR module of the Hinawi ERP system. They can then enter the employee’s name, the type of absence (e.g., vacation, sick leave, or personal absence), the start and end dates of the absence, and additional notes or details about the absence.

Human Resources staff also can edit or delete an absence record if necessary. However, once an absence has been approved, it cannot be edited or deleted by HR staff.

The approval process for absences is also handled by HR staff. They can review the details of the requested absence and either approve or reject it.

In addition to the absences module in HR, Hinawi ERP also provides a manual and more detailed information about the absences process in English and Arabic. This includes a description of the absence workflow and how to manage absences within the system.

Overall, the absence feature in Hinawi ERP HR enables efficient management of employee absences and ensures that the required information is captured and tracked in the system.
