Hinawi Online – Integrated Electronic Portals within Hinawi ERP
Hinawi ERP is a comprehensive enterprise resource planning system developed by Explorer Computer LLC in Abu Dhabi since 1998. It includes Accounting, Real Estate Management, Human Resources and Payroll, Fixed Assets, Garage and Maintenance, Schools, Manufacturing, Contracting, and CRM. The system is known for its full integration between all modules, complete support for Arabic and English, a strong market reputation, and wide recognition among auditors and large companies.
As part of digital transformation and easier access to information, Hinawi Online was developed as a set of electronic portals directly connected to Hinawi ERP. These portals allow each user to interact with the system based on their role and permissions, while fully maintaining internal controls and company policies.
Hinawi Online is a secure web-based interface that acts as a direct extension of Hinawi ERP. It enables management, employees, tenants, and parents to execute and follow up on daily procedures electronically without the need to be physically present at the company or school.
The main objective of Hinawi Online is to speed up processes, reduce paperwork, enhance transparency, and save time and effort, while relying on a single integrated database connected to the accounting system and other modules.
The Company Portal is designed for senior management and decision-makers, allowing them to monitor operations, approvals, and reports from anywhere without accessing the main system.
It provides a dashboard that offers an overall view of the company’s status, with direct access to core lists such as customers, vendors, and employees for monitoring and control purposes.
The portal supports electronic approval of material requests and purchase orders, helping control the procurement cycle and strengthen financial oversight.
It also includes advanced HR approval permissions such as leave approvals, absences, loans, and additions or deductions, all fully integrated with the HR, payroll, and accounting systems.
In addition, the Company Portal offers a smart reminder system to track unpaid invoices, expired or unpaid contracts, expired documents, and leaves, ensuring that no obligations are missed.
Management can also access important reports such as inventory reports, customer and vendor balance summaries, profit and loss reports, and the balance sheet.
The Employee Portal is a self-service portal designed to enable employees to manage their daily transactions easily, reducing the administrative workload on the HR department.
Employees can view their profiles, submit leave requests, track request statuses, and check their remaining leave balance.
The portal also allows employees to submit and follow up on loan requests, with direct integration into the payroll system to ensure accurate and correct deductions.
In addition, employees can request official letters, such as salary certificates or other formal letters, using company-approved templates.
All Employee Portal transactions follow an electronic approval workflow fully integrated with HR, payroll, and accounting within Hinawi ERP.
The Tenant Portal is designed for real estate management companies and property owners, aiming to enhance the tenant experience and increase professionalism in property management.
Tenants can view their profiles, follow up on active contracts, and review lease details and contract durations.
They can also submit maintenance requests and track their status, with direct integration into the maintenance and accounting systems within Hinawi ERP.
The portal provides access to available units for rent, as well as detailed tenant statements to track dues and payments with full financial transparency.
The Parent Portal is designed for schools and educational institutions using the School Management Module in Hinawi ERP.
It allows parents to follow up on student profiles and view educational information directly linked to the system.
Parents can also review their personal information and access financial statements related to school fees and dues, with direct integration into the accounting system.
The Parent Portal enhances transparency, reduces manual inquiries, and improves communication between schools and parents.

Notes:
(1). All user PCs must be upgraded to Windows 11.
(2). Users must also have the latest version of Hinawi Software Destkop installed.
(3). The Hinawi WEB application will read all balances and data directly from the Hinawi Software desktop application. There will be no integration with QuickBooks Software.
Note on Web Application Access:
As the web application is accessed externally over the internet, appropriate security measures should be implemented to protect the server, network, and operating environment. The setup is customer responsibility.
