Posting to accounting is done with a single click, eliminating the need for manual entry, preparation, or exporting to Excel, as the software automatically generates these entries.

The system includes the posting of vacation salaries, employee tickets, loan amounts, and end-of-service benefits to accounting. It also posts provisions for vacation salaries, travel tickets, and end-of-service benefits.

These operations contribute to improving the accuracy of financial records, ensuring compliance with the company’s financial policies, saving time, and achieving control.

  1. Real Time Posting: This means that when the transaction is saved, it has an immediate impact on the final financial reports.
  2. Batch Posting: Here, the user must approve the outgoing procedures and then perform the posting, at which point the impact will be reflected in the financial reports.

 

The Relationship Between HR and Payroll Procedures and Payments in the Accounting System

The attached screen illustrates the relationship between HR and Payroll procedures in the Hinawi Software and the accounting system. These procedures represent the method of making payments related to HR through the forms available in the accounting system.

Hinawi Software users should make payments through the procedures listed on the screen and should not go to the accounting menu for direct payment from there. The advantage of using the payment from the provided screen is that it changes the status of the procedure to “Paid,” preventing duplicate payments.

In case of going directly to the accounting menu and making the payment from there, the procedure status will not change to “Paid,” leading to duplicate payments and loss of internal control. This is where the importance of this screen comes in.

This relationship facilitates the automatic recording of all employee-related receivables in the accounting module, ensuring that financial accounts are updated promptly and accurately.

When receivables are selected from this list, it affects the status of the procedure according to its nature. However, if the accounting menu is used directly to create receipt vouchers, there will be no impact on the procedure status in the HR module, which may result in the procedure status not being updated correctly.
