Timeline: How long will it take to implement these server solutions, from initial setup to full operation?
If the server meets the system requirements, we will proceed as follows.

Step 1: Take the backup and data from the Current existing Server and copy it to the folder of the new server
Step 2: Installation of
– SQL Server (latest ver. or the version that is compatible with the Server) Express Edition.
– QuickBooks
– Hinawi Software latest version.
Step 3: Restore the data
– Restore the Hinawi Software Data to the SQL server
– Move the QuickBooks File to the shared folder in the new server
Step 4: Configure Data
– Configure the Data with the new Server credential
Step 5: Schedule Backup
– Schedule Backup of Hinawi Software and QuickBooks in the Server folder (We strongly recommend taking an extra backup from this folder to external storage at regular intervals)
The total time will be within one day. It depends on many factors, like:
- The number of files.
- The size of each file.
- If the customer has Hinawi only or with QuickBooks.
- The speed of the internet.
- The most important factor is the availability of a Qualified IT professional.
- Data Storage Solutions: A detailed explanation of the data storage options available, ensuring all data is securely saved and accessible.
– We need a folder in the local drive of the Server. We will store both QuickBooks and Hinawi Software Data in it. Users must have full access to the server directory containing the data. We will schedule daily backups of both the Hinawi software and QuickBooks data to the Server folder.
– We strongly recommend having a 250- 500 GB local drive to store the data and backups. If you have less storage than this, kindly make sure to clear the old backups and have a minimum of 20 GB of Free space on the drive
– Data security is the Customer’s responsibility. We will schedule the backup on the Server. But the user must take care of the data. Take a copy of the latest backups for both QuickBooks and Hinawi to external storage (e.g., Google Drive) or another suitable location. That way, even if the server crashes or something else happens, we can restore from the backup you have.
Data Transfer Process: Should any network or transfer issues occur, what is the recommended protocol to ensure minimal disruption, and what actions will your team take to resolve them efficiently?
– Data transfer is a simple process. We will copy the data from the old server to the new server. If any network issue occurs, your IT team must resolve it and restore our access to continue the process.
– We are not responsible for the network issues. Our job is to shift the data of Hinawi Software and QuickBooks to the new Server and configure the Software with the new Server in the user PCs
– Please follow the system requirements attached in the link and make sure not to have any kind of network issues from your end.
Security Measures: Please outline all safety protocols for data transfer or shift, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.

– The data transfer Process is the same as copying a file from one computer to another, and accessing the file from the new computer. This is as simple as it is.
